Animation follows your operating system’s reduced-motion setting unless you override it here. Turning it off stops the thermal field, the pointer tilt and every scroll-driven animation on the site — nothing on this page is explained by movement alone.

A restaurant losing its kitchen unit on a Saturday is not losing a repair bill. It is losing a service. Our contracts are written around that, not around visit counts.
Kitchen make-up air, exhaust balance and walk-in refrigeration. We work around service, not through it.
Rooftop package units and display refrigeration, with after-hours scheduling so the shop floor never closes for us.
Tight temperature and humidity bands, documented, with filtration to the specification your accreditation requires.
Evaporative cooling, high-volume ventilation and spot conditioning for pick faces and offices.
Zoning, controls and economiser commissioning, so meeting rooms stop being hot and the lobby stops being cold.
One account engineer, one asset register and one monthly report across every location you run.
A rooftop package unit in Phoenix lives its whole life in direct sun on a hot deck. It accumulates run hours faster than the same equipment anywhere cooler, and it fails on a predictable curve if anybody is watching the curve.
Most facilities we take over have no asset register at all. The first thing we do is build one, and it usually pays for the first year of the contract by itself, because it shows which two units are about to take the whole budget.
Every unit tagged, photographed, model and serial recorded, with age and refrigerant type. You cannot plan capital spending on equipment nobody has listed.
Each unit gets a score against coil condition, compressor amps, control health and cabinet integrity, trended visit over visit.
A three-year forecast of which units are approaching end of life, so a rooftop swap becomes a budget line rather than an emergency.
A named account engineer and a direct number. Not a ticket queue that starts from scratch every time you call.

Priced per unit after a site survey, because a two-unit dental practice and a fourteen-unit grocery store are not the same problem.

Package units
3 to 25 ton
Gas-electric and heat pump rooftops, single and multi-stage, with economiser controls.
Split systems
Up to 20 ton
Ducted splits and VRF branch units for offices, server rooms and back-of-house.
Refrigeration
Walk-in
Coolers and freezers, condensing units, evaporators, defrost controls and door seals.
Make-up air
Kitchen
Balance between exhaust hood and make-up air, which is why the dining room door is hard to open.
Controls
BACnet
Commissioning and fault-finding on building controls, including the economiser that has been stuck shut for two years.
Evaporative
Industrial
Direct and indirect evaporative cooling for warehouse spaces where refrigerated air is not economic.
Our working rule: if the repair costs more than a third of a replacement and the system is past year twelve, replacement usually wins. Two things override that arithmetic. An R-22 system with a failed compressor is almost never worth repairing because the refrigerant is out of production and the parts supply has dried up. And a system still inside its compressor warranty is often worth keeping even when it looks marginal on paper.
This is a demonstration website, so no. It claims no licence, no bond, no insurance and no trade certification, and it publishes no licence number at all - not even a placeholder in the Registrar of Contractors’ real format, because a fabricated number in a real format can collide with a working contractor’s. What you should do with an actual contractor: ask for the ROC number, type it into azroc.gov yourself, and check the name on the registration matches the name on the quote. If they hesitate, that is the answer.
No. Our rate at 2am on a Sunday in July is the same rate as 10am on a Tuesday in February. We took the after-hours premium out in 2019 because in this climate a night-time failure is not a luxury call, it is the normal case.
We walk the roof, build the asset register and give you a contract price per unit. There is no charge for the survey.

Each palette is a temperature scale rather than two brand colours: pick one and the whole four-stop ramp is regenerated, including the thermal field in the hero and the convection particles, which are pixels rather than CSS and have to be re-baked. Every palette here was measured in both light and dark before it was offered — the worst text pair across all twelve combinations is 5.03:1. A palette that could not pass is not in this list rather than being corrected at runtime.
Studio mode. The anchors, typeface and identity fields below are the machinery behind those swatches. A visitor never sees them; they are here because ?studio=1 is on the URL.
