Sixteen zones, one board

Where the trucks actually are

We do not claim the whole state. These are the zones our crews stage from and rotate through, with the response target we hold ourselves to in each one.

The three cities we work in most

Phoenix

1.65 million residents 15 neighbourhoods

Our dispatch board splits the city at the Loop 202 and I-17 interchange, so crews working Sky Harbor and the warehouse district south of the airport are separate from the North Central and Moon Valley rotation.

Scottsdale

242,000 residents 12 neighbourhoods

Anything north of the Loop 101 and Pima interchange goes on the north rotation. Crews stage from our Airpark bay off Northsight Boulevard, which is why the north-of-Bell response is usually faster than the map suggests.

Mesa

512,000 residents 12 neighbourhoods

The board splits Mesa at Val Vista Drive. Crews working Falcon Field and Red Mountain run separately from the Superstition Springs and Eastmark rotation, so an east Mesa call does not wait behind a west Mesa queue.

Every zone, ordered by tonight's response target

Staged demo data. Targets move through the day as crews clear jobs, and the dispatcher gives you a real window on the call.

Coverage questions

How fast will someone actually arrive?

This site publishes no measured arrival time - no median and no average - because those are a performance record and a company that does not exist has not performed. The minutes beside each zone on the dispatch board are staged demonstration numbers on a timer, and the board says so. What you should expect from a real contractor: a specific window given on the call rather than a range covering the whole day, a note that distance matters (a Surprise or Queen Creek address will not match a central Phoenix one), and a text when the crew is running late instead of silence. Ask for all three before you agree to a visit.

Is there an overtime or after-hours charge?

No. Our rate at 2am on a Sunday in July is the same rate as 10am on a Tuesday in February. We took the after-hours premium out in 2019 because in this climate a night-time failure is not a luxury call, it is the normal case.

Are you licensed?

This is a demonstration website, so no. It claims no licence, no bond, no insurance and no trade certification, and it publishes no licence number at all - not even a placeholder in the Registrar of Contractors’ real format, because a fabricated number in a real format can collide with a working contractor’s. What you should do with an actual contractor: ask for the ROC number, type it into azroc.gov yourself, and check the name on the registration matches the name on the quote. If they hesitate, that is the answer.
